We start with a no-pressure conversation to understand what you're looking for — your vision, your timeline, and your budget. No sales pitch. Just an honest discussion about whether we're the right fit for each other.

Site & Plan Selection
We'll walk you through available lots and floor plans, or work with your existing site. Every plan we offer has been thoughtfully designed for livability, flow, and lasting appeal — not just square footage.

Design & Selections
This is where your home starts to take shape. You'll work through finishes, fixtures, and features with our design team. We guide you through every decision so nothing gets missed — and nothing surprises you later.
Finish selections · Fixture choices · Final pricing locked
Contract & Permits
Once selections are finalized, we put everything in writing — a fixed-price contract with no hidden fees. We handle all permitting and approvals so you don't have to chase paperwork.

Construction
We break ground and get to work. You'll receive weekly progress updates and have full access to your build site. Our team is on-site daily and every subcontractor we use is vetted, licensed, and held to our standards.

Final Walkthrough & Keys
Before you close, we do a thorough walkthrough together — every room, every finish, every detail. We don't hand over keys until everything is right. Then it's yours.
